Yes! We have 2 pools! The pools are right beside each other and sit in between the camp store (close to the snacks and drinks) and the lake (a great view!)

We offer free Wi-Fi in our office lobby, However, it does not cover the entire campground at this time. Local providers can offer it direct to your camper/rv if necessary. 

Yes! We have 2 clean bathhouses with showers and toilets.

Yes! We have a laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Coin operated

Yes! We fill propane tanks and motorhomes! Call ahead for rates and to let us know when you are coming.

Yes! We have all the essentials- from snacks, drinks, ice cream, firewood, laundry supplies, medicine, bagged ice, practical camping items, Green Acres Merch and lots more! Pretty much anything that would be convenient during camping that you may need!

There is always fun to be had at Green Acres no matter what time of year! From having a campfire to enjoying the lake relaxing, fishing (no license needed and we sell bait in the camp store), or paddle boating. We have a two pools, a game room, mini golf, disc golf, horseshoes, corn hole, volleyball, multiple playgrounds and more. During the summer we have scheduled events that is fun for all ages! Yes! campfires are allowed in designated fire rings. We also sell firewood in our camp store.

Yes! We do have size/breed restrictions and all pets must remain inside or on a leash attached to your hand. Small temporary/mobile fences are allowed.

Yes! Almost all of our sites offer plentiful shade to keep comfortable and strengthen utility efficiency during the warmer months.

All campers must be at least 18 years old to camp without an adult. For cabins, guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the cabin.

For campers- check-in and check-out is 2:00pm.  For cabins- check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm.

Yes! We have full Water/Sewer and Electric (30 & 50 amp) hookups.

Yes! We have plenty of designated tent camping sites with water & electric hookups.

We do not have an age limit, however all campers/rv’s must be approved by management before move in. We are not looking for anything specific, we just make sure that they are in good condition and keep the park looking good.

We do not transport, however. we recommend Google’ing local movers in your area or give us a call and we can help provide local transporters! 

Nags Head, NC is the closest beach to Green Acres Campground and is ~97 miles away (1hr 45 minutes). We are approximately 35 minutes from ECU's main campus
